Dear Abby,

Hmmm... I don't know what's in me, but since last week, I've been missing my high school friends and classmates so much. It's been five loooong years since I last saw them. The last time our class had been together was during our high school graduation -and that was back in 2001! I really hope we can all get together somehow even before the much awaited high school reunion. But I know that's asking for too much.

Some of my batchmates no longer resides in the Philippines. And who knows? maybe some of them are now living in their respective provinces, enjoying life in the rurals or something... hehe.

I don't even know where our class adviser (Miss Hazel Basadre) is. She, like some of our high school teachers, had already left the alma mater to pursue their other dreams. Someone told me she's already in Dubai, like Miss Pangan - who, by the way, has given birth to her first child. I don't even have any idea if Miss Basadre is already married too -like some of our teachers, who decided to embrace the family life after our batch graduated. That just proves how so much can happen in a span of five years. And you wouldn't want me to get started with some of my batchmates! :D Of course, some information are strictly confidential, so i wouldn't proclaim those to the whole world! All I know is that, some are still finishing school, some already has their own family, and some, like me, are struggling career women.

As for our alma mater, so much has changed in Malate since the last time i went there to get my yearbook (that was back in 2002). It was noticeably a lot quieter and they became stricter with the school rules. Maybe some time I can tell you what life was like during our time. It will surely be one hell of a novel! What with all the adventures that we've had, all those life-changing experiences... the humiliation, joy, sorrow, laughs and fulfillment? OMG! I can't wait to re-live life in high school...

What i've been up to...

Ok, so i'm really getting frustrated doing this... i think i'm gonna have to review my past lessons regarding html -and that was like five years ago! (i hope i managed to keep my notes.) Anyway, I've been really busy the past few days - creating a group for my classmate and batch mates in High School, downloading pictures, creating a new blog account at this other site... and of course, dealing with work itself, which has been kinda stressful lately.

As of know my MCS_01 groups have 11 members and 4mg01 has 5 members and I managed to download photos of my classmates from their respective Friendster accounts. That's why I'm so thankful for whoever it was that created Friendster. I really hope I can make all my classmates and batch mates join these groups within this year and I'm looking forward into meeting them in our high school reunion six years from now, and see how they've become after 10 years. Until that day comes though, I'll settle for their Friendster updates!

Dear Abby,

Sa wakas, nagawa ko na rin mag-blog... I've been wanting to do this since last year, and finally - after much persuasion from my friends, I was able to create my own blogger account. It kinda feels good actually. Like now, I don't have to bother using a pen to write about whatever it is that happened to me (especially if I want it to be very detailed). It lessens the possibility of me being too lazy to write about important memories that I wanted to remember or just random stuff I found on the internet that I wanted to talk more about. But it's not like I'm going to retire my trusty pen anytime soon. I still have my diary and planner with me because it feels like life isn't complete without them. I'm still not used to not having them around! Haha. I'm just glad that now, meron na naman akong bagong pagtutuunan ng pansin. And that I can write longer entries and share videos and photos using blogger. 

I still don't have a clear idea on what this blog should be about, but I know for a fact that I wanted this to be a mixture of all the things that I like -art, music, movies, travel, history, etc. v(",)v

So I guess I'll just have to let my thoughts flow and form into words... Sorry, frustrated writer kasi. Anyway, I just want this whole thing to be spontaneous, real, informative, honest (to my feelings, at least), creative, funny... and most importantly, UNIQUE! May this blog account be enjoyable both for me and my future readers! (wala pa nga, 'feeling' na?) Well, that would be all for now. I still have to study the features of this blog and come up with some words to describe myself in the 'About Me' section.
